Or even saw of some of the fleet engagements late in DS9.

I suspect this was the “Home Fleet”.

It could also be the third fleet. That's what Sisko said was guarding Earth during the briefing for Operation Return.

“Danger Zone” is the traditional choice :p

Though, being serious, Picard Season 3’s musical score is phenomenal.

The Enterprise D trench run is now my favorite Air Strike Impossible, beating out Top Gun: Maverick's Canyon run.

Is Enterprise D and Voyager the only two Starfleet vessels to destroy a Borg Cube by itself?

Nah. The "Mighty Wings" instrumental from the first hop. Cranked up to 11, 'cuz 11 is more than 10, innit?

Or "Chasin' the Angels" by either Mike Reno or Brother Firetribe.

ENTERPRISE has destroyed two, three if we count the Borg renegades Crusher zapped with a solar flare.

We don’t necessarily know whomelse has individually wiped a cube, but the number is likely to be low.

I've also heard it with the Death Star Run from Return of the Jedi.

Jörg Hillebrandt seems to be a German Trekkie who is such a giant fount of Star Trek knowledge that he was employed as research assistant for seasons 2 and 3 of ST:P

Which means it’s unlikely he would confuse a DUDERSTADT (like INTREPID) with an ECHELON (like STERNBACH or COLE). That is further supporting Craig and James’ speculation that this is not the entire fleet.

Indeed.....which does beg the question 'what mess were the other assimilated networked ships elsewhere making?'

Could Miss Borg Havisham even control them, or was she so weak that’s why she was hiding in Jupiter?

The CALIFORNIA class would be really long in the tooth by 2401 (or later - Season 3 has some temporal continuity issues), especially given their 2360s era technology and second rate status.

While TOS designs hung on very long during the Lost Era, Star Fleet looks to have moved 2370s and 2380s first-line ships (like the SOVEREIGNS, LUNAs and AKIRAs) into second line roles, along with new replacements. An ECHELON or a DUDERSTADT, or even a RELIANT, is a CALIFORNIA replacement in the 2400s.
