2 seasons so far, more to come. Gary Oldman 'stars' as the chief of a bunch of ex MI5 rejects.

I've just finished Season 4.
The series remains fantastic, very close to the books too.

I’ve just started watching it. Looks very promising so far, will be interesting going forward.

I love the characterisation, but felt that season 5 became preachy and political and that plot credibility collapsed in the last two episodes.

I agree to a degree, but I still think that season five worked out well enough. The thing that came the closest to breaking through my suspension of disbelief was actually James Callis acting out his part as if it was the second coming of Gaius Baltar.
