I wish to complain - The Enigma Variations -PSA

I had often wondered why, in the extremely limited playlist of my local Classic FM station, they only played Nimrod from the Enigma Variations.

Well, they satisfied my ignorance. The others movements are boring or inconsequential. Elgar wrote some terrific stuff but it surprises me that TEV was his comeback/breakout album.

O/T I'm just listening to Holst's The Planets played by NYO at the proms (I think) - damn they've punched it up, very different.
