Just curios, what was the usual incident rate for fires on board ship as it seems the USS Higgins, experienced an onboard fire while operating in the Indo-Pacific earlier this week, according to a Defense Department official cited by CBS News.
Fairly common. More so on a carrier.
Unusual that a fire would cause significant damage. Fires are generally put out pretty quickly.

To be honest, I'm not sure it will last that long.
