...Okay, got the beast. First impressions:

*Graphics ain't what they show in the trailer. You get a semi-realistic terrain map or a road map - if you have an older machine like mine, go with the road map.

*The GUI is kinda wonky, but I think it'll come with practice. Having said that, the various menus aren't at all intuitive (see C:MO for what I consider the standard here) and on a laptop, they're small.

*Restart your machine after install but before you light it up - I didn't and the machine crashed on me, but after that no problems.

Still digging around under the hood, stay tuned.
