the storage warehouse in Richmond is owned by DLA and is on the facility known as Defense Logistics Agency (Aviation) which also contains the Virginia National Guard headquarters and Defense Depot Richmond Virginia. It is a government restricted facility west of I-95 in south Richmond just off Rt 1. It also has one of the largest static aircraft displays in Virginia...I retired from there last September.
