Upcoming New Models....

Yesterday was a good day for new kit announcements, both of 'em surprises.
First, Airfix announced a new-tool 1/48 Westland Lysander. This thing looks gorgeous:

Price isn't bad, but a little surprised they didn't go with an option for one of the SOE birds.
Then, Trumpeter announced a new-tool 1/350 USS Arizona:

There's been a 350 Arizona around for a while, but it's old and had some accuracy/engineering issues. Trumpy has a habit of turning out long-awaited kits that have serious problems - see their HMS Hood or USS Hornet - so we'll see what happens. And expect a three-digit price tag.
