This is something that Christopher Mellon posted last April, but I only came across it now. An interesting text conversation he had with a senior USG official, and which has been provided without redactions to congress.

For those who haven’t kept up with who Christopher Mellon is, he was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for intelligence, and oversaw DoD SAP programs among other things.

Richard Bandruic
(CEO of Field Propulsion Technologies Inc, lead developer of next-generation propellant-less propulsion devices)

“Forty years ago, I was involved in a company that used to do reverse engineering. And one of the things that came out of [that experience] was that some of the NGOs that were trying to reverse engineer advanced technologies [reached out to us] to take a look at some of the stuff they had.”

Banduric became deeply curious, as the materials he encountered were “definitely way more advanced than [the] stuff we actually have.”

He noted being pulled into classified programs, where he sought to determine whether the U.S. government was utilizing these technologies.

“It turned out that my conclusion was [that] the U.S. government was not,” he remarked.

He further elaborated on his observations, describing materials with extraordinary capabilities such as self-reconfiguration, cloaking, and the ability to disintegrate into dust when reverse-engineered.

“The isotropic analysis of the dust left behind tells you it's extraterrestrial—or at least that it was manufactured somewhere off Earth,” Banduric explained.

Banduric described these materials as “hundreds of years more advanced” than current human technology, with construction methods beyond the capabilities of even the largest aerospace corporations.

He concluded that such advanced materials often serve to prevent reverse engineering, with mechanisms seemingly designed to thwart human attempts to uncover their secrets.

“These weren’t just decades ahead of us—they were likely hundreds of years more advanced,” he stated, highlighting the monumental challenges and implications of these discoveries if they can be verified outside of the classified world.
Looking around a bit I noticed that it seems that Banduric is currently, among other things, doing some work for DARPA:
”Richard Banduric presents a detailed model for field-effect propulsion that forms the basis of experimental work he is performing for DARPA in the area of Relativistic Electrodynamics and Exotic Propulsion.”

Ross Coulthart has got an interesting interview dropping on Saturday.

It’s with a first hand witness who was an airforce helicopter pilot on the specops side, and who believes that he was involved in retrieving a craft/object originating from a non-human intelligence (NHI). Coulthart has released a short clip from the interview to come in which the witness explains that he and his crew were brought in to recover an object at night which greatly differed from any flying craft that he’d ever seen before. He describes it as a ”white egg”, and that he and the crew realized at the time what it had to be even though he wasn’t told outright at the time by the people giving the orders. He says that in the past few years when talking to individuals from the UAP task force about it they confirmed to him that it was indeed an NHI craft. There’s video footage of the retrieval which will be shown during the interview.

Coulthart says that he’s been working on this story for two years, that the witness have given testimony to congress and to AARO, that all his records/background have been vetted and that three other individuals have confirmed those aspects as well.

It remains to see how solid this is, and what the video footage consist of. But could be an interesting one this one.

We know what the video footage consists of now. It can be viewed here: https://x.com/chrisramsay52/status/1880 ... 56827?s=46

It shows an egg shaped object in a sling being gently set down on the ground by an apparent helicopter, seen through night vision gear. It’s interesting for sure, but I’m not sure it’s the smoking gun. The full show contains a lot more talk and info of course.

One interesting note is that Barber called the location where this was picked up at ”the range”. That’s a common nickname for the Dugway Proving Ground in Utah when used in isolation, as in ”THE range”. It may be used here in reference to another location of course, but Dugway has been referenced in relation to UAP stuff for years. Some even call it ”the new area 51”.

Pointed out by some that this object looks suspiciously like an aerogel blimp:

Overall, after having watched the full story on Newsnation and taking into account Barber’s claims etc, I have to say I’m pretty sceptical to all of it.

There are some things that possibly point to some substance as well, and this would be one of them, John Blitch appeared in the Newsnation report and essentially endorsed it:
HUGE NEWS! The most under reported moment from the News Nation UAP EGG REPORT.

The Lt. Col John Blitch endorsement and confirmation of UAP recovery is INSANE.

He is probably the foremost expert on autonomous vehicle and human cognitive interaction.

Senior Research Scientist at Wright Patterson AFB
Program Manager (DARPA)
Delta Force Sniper-Special Forces
Operations Research Analyst (SOCOM)
Inducted into the Space Technology Hall of Fame
Masters Degree in Math and Computer Science
Doctorate in Cognitive Psychology
President of Blitz Solutions Inc

Consultant for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), NASA, NIST, DHS, the DoD

While at Wright Paterson Air he personally recruited, assessed and lead a specialized interagency research team comprised of cognitive neuroscientists and security forces personnel deployed internationally on a series of challenging and complex human-robot teaming experiments carried out in high risk environments.

At The Warfighter Effectiveness Research Center he served as the sole DoD panel member on NASA’s telepresence study group exploring the role of communication latency on space exploration effectiveness.

At Warfighter’s Edge Advanced Development laboratory advanced concept development in support of space dominance, special operations, and other critical warfighter needs. Of particular relevance is the novel way in which the WEDGE inspired multiple small businesses to collaborate on joint research projects through bi-weekly Collaborative Technical eXchange (CTX) sessions on projects usually dominated by large defense contractors.

DARPA personally recruited as one of approximately 15 cognitive neuroscience consultants including world class academic chairs, astronauts, and industry leaders to assess the operational potential of emergent neurophysiological monitoring technologies for defense applications.

Conducted the world’s first reported EEG-based assessment of automation-induced learning deficits in novice Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operators. After validating the potential for poorly implemented automation to impede learning effectiveness, this research established that cognitive disengagement was the most likely cause of this deleterious influence and not workload as postulated in previous literature.

Conducted multiple marsupial ROV deployments for crisis mitigation of damaged and destroyed drill rigs throughout the GoM (Gulf of Mexico).

Launched the first robot-assisted rescue team in North America certified by the Mine Safety & Heath Administration (MSHA).

Provided consulting services to an assortment of government and commercial entities focused on sensitive technologies and unmanned systems applications

Conducted the nation’s first deployment of portable Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) on an active wildfire.
Like I mentioned earlier in the thread, this is a bit what I’m looking for. That is to say, people who have a background that suggests possible involvement/insight into the matter. The report itself was pretty ”wild”, got into psychic communication and stuff that is pretty far out there, and also very hard to verify. So if the report, Barber’s account, is to have any hope at all of being taken seriously it’s going to need every ”serious” voice in support of it.

Hmm.
"I think the reason why Lue Elizondo is still alive, and the reason Dave Grusch is still alive,

is because the reverse engineering that has occured is successful enough now that we can protect a fairly significant portion of the populace from abductions."

Something potentially very, very interesting is on the way, because a trailer for something called ”The Age of Disclosure” just dropped:
https://youtu.be/DkU7ZqbADRs

It’s who’s in it which is very interesting, and what’s being said/teased in the trailer:
BREAKING:

What is former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper doing in a film titled “The Age of Disclosure,” alongside:

-Elizondo
-Mellon
-Stratton
-Nell
-Puthoff
-Davis
-RADM Gallaudet
-Semivan
-Rounds
-Rubio
-Gillibrand
James Clapper is the real eyebrow raiser there. He’s often been claimed to have been fully read into the secret programs and to also have been one of the ”gatekeepers” that have controlled/overseen all of it. If he’s actually speaking out now with details, this could get really wild really fast. I suggest watching that trailer clip to form your own idea of what may be coming.

[Edit]
Image

Worth noting that Jay Stratton says this in the trailer:
"I have seen with my own eyes non-human craft, and non-human beings."
That’s a new admission, and if that is any indication of what we’ll hear from the rest of the participants that is promising.

‘Age of Disclosure’ UFO Documentary Trailer Touts “Biggest Discovery in Human History”
34 U.S. government and military officials get candid about the UFO/UAP phenomenon in the first trailer for a newly announced "shot in secret" film by Dan Farah premiering at SXSW.

James Hibberd

An upcoming documentary about the UFO/UAP phenomenon promises to be the most well-sourced and credible film every made about the buzzy topic and its first trailer has just been released (below).

The Age of the Disclosure, by filmmaker Dan Farah, features on-record interviews with 34 current and former senior members of the U.S. government, military and intelligence community with direct knowledge of unidentified aerial phenomena. The film contends there has been an 80-year cover-up of the existence of non-human intelligent life and a secret war among major nations to reverse engineer UFO technology. As announced earlier Wednesday, The Age of the Disclosure has earned first-time director Farah a coveted premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival, where it will screen at the historic Paramount Theatre in March.

Some of the officials interviewed include newly confirmed Secretary of State Marco Rubio (who says in the trailer that, when it comes to this subject, “even presidents are operating on a need-to-know basis”), New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, South Dakota Sen. Mike Rounds and General Jim Clapper (who was a U.S. director of National Intelligence under President Barack Obama).

Related Video

From the official description: “The film was granted unprecedented access and support from senior members of the U.S. government, military and intelligence community. Everyone interviewed in the film has direct knowledge of UAP as a result of their work for the U.S. Government. The film exposes the profound impact the situation has on the future of humanity, while providing a look behind the scenes with those at the forefront of the bipartisan disclosure effort.”

Jim Semivan, who spent 25 years as a senior official with the CIA, says in the trailer: “UAPs are here, they are real and they are not human.” Adds Jay Stratton, former director of the U.S. government’s UAP task force: “The first country that cracks the code on this technology will be the leader for years to come. This is similar to The Manhattan Project; this is the atomic weapon on steroids.”

Former Department of Defense official and longtime UAP disclosure advocate Christopher Mellon declares, “This is the biggest discovery in human history,” while former Department of Defense official and member of the government’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program Luis Elizondo says, “You have information being locked away that can change the trajectory of [our] species.”

The Age of the Disclosure was made in secret over the past two years and filmmakers are currently in talks for commercial distribution plans; Cinetic is handling domestic sales.

The film follows a surge of public interest in the subject and two bipartisan congressional hearings over the past year where former officials and whistleblowers gave testimony claiming non-human intelligent life has visited Earth and that the U.S. has been engaged in a decades-long cover-up in an effort to reverse-engineer alien technology.

Farah’s producing credits include Ready Player One, which likewise scored a SXSW Film Festival premiere at the Paramount in 2018. The Age of Disclosure is a Farah Films production, in association with Born Ready Films. Produced and directed by Farah, executive producers are Colin Frederick, Andrew Farah and Shara Senderoff.

Also, the daughter of Harald Malmgren, Pippa Malmgren, announced that her father has passed away. She took the opportunity to thank the American Alchemy podcast who she said filmed him before he passed away. Might still hear some more from him on UAPs in other words. It might also explain why he choose to start talking about what he knew now, if he was aware that he was going to die soon.

Pippa Malmgren made a couple of substack posts about her dad. I’ve snipped the portion pertaining to USPs.
That’s when Dad fully realized that the events had been influenced by a missile test that he helped run during the Cuban Missile Crisis: Operation Blue Gill Triple Prime. This refers to “the fourth and final high-altitude nuclear test in the Operation Fishbowl series, conducted on October 25, 1962, from Johnston Island, aiming to study the effects of nuclear detonations as defensive weapons against ballistic missiles.” Remember that the Cuban Missile Crisis runs from October 16-29th 1962.

Geoff Cruickshank has done an excellent job of detailing what happened during the test here. But, in short, the missile contained an X-ray machine in the nosecone. The idea was to see if the X-Rays could divert or blow up an incoming ICBM if it got within a reasonable distance of it. There are two videos of this test on the net. One shows a white orb circling around the US missile. The X-rays knocked it out of the sky. The US Navy retrieved the orb out of the ocean. The other video shows the same video but with a triangle that obscures the view of the orb. I said, “So, Dad. You are smack in the middle of a national security emergency. What the heck did you think that orb was?” He said, “We called them “tagalongs.” I said, “So you knew they weren’t Russian?” “Yes,” he said. “You knew they were benign. Obviously, the word “tagalong” implies you saw them all the time and you knew they were harmless?” “Yes”, he said. “And you never asked what the heck is that thing?” He looked a little blank. It was the military. Everything is on a need-to-know basis. Dad did ask what happened to the orb after the Navy scooped it out of the Pacific. But, he was told that, despite holding all the Q clearances, he did not “need to know.” As Cruickshank explains, the retrieved orb left a radiation imprint on the Navy ship that retrieved it.

Here's what really matters. My Dad said it was the first time “we knocked a “tagalong” out of the sky.” It was historic. So, he flew out to Albuquerque to be briefed by the Head of the Atomic Energy Commission, Lawrence Gise, (Jeff Bezos’s Grandfather) who apparently received materials from the crashed craft. He kept them on his desk, handed them to my Dad, and then asked him to describe how he felt. Dad said a voice began talking to him inside his head. That’s all Gise wanted to know. Dad never recalled or would not say what that voice said. Apparently, he said, some people interact with the materials, and others don’t. This led to briefings at Los Alamos and an invitation from Richard Bissell. Bissell was a legend, having been a founder of both the OSS and the CIA. He was reputed to have been put in charge of Area 51 just weeks after the supposed Roswell crash and he helped design the facility. He was responsible for the testing and launch of the famed U-2 spy plane. Bissell said to my Dad, “You are the youngest of the Whiz Kids. I am going to tell you things because someone needs to know this in the future, and you’ll still be around”. They had dinner every Friday night for many months after that. When he passed, my Dad said, “We Guardians of the MJ” more than once and not just to me. People who follow this subject will know what he was referring to.

What matters is that JFK and LBJ also jumped out West to hear what had happened for themselves. On December 7th, 1962. They had quickly scheduled a grueling series of highly classified briefings at three locations: The Strategic Air Command HQ in Offutt AFB Nebraska, at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (the 1st Presidential visit ever) in New Mexico, and at Kirtland AFB, and at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, all in one day. LeMay was present at many, if not all, of these briefings. On the back of these visits, JFK began finding ways to reach The Soviet Premier, Khrushchev, through private and unofficial go between’s including Norman Cousins. By November 22, 1963, after JFK had managed to get the Soviets to agree to ban all atmospheric nuclear testing. The Limited Test Ban Treaty was signed in Moscow on August 5, 1963. It was clear that Kennedy was proposing to explore space jointly with the Soviets and to reduce the number of nuclear weapons as well. All this was LeMay’s worst nightmare.

Note also that Wright-Patterson Airbase is reputed to be the home of the black programs associated with the “Non-Human Intelligence” and anomalous phenomena that have been to target of Congressional investigations in recent years. This was LeMay’s home base. It is where he learned to fly. It seems odd how he responded to Barry Goldwater, his great friend from WWII, when he asked to see Wright Patterson. Remember that Goldwater had been an ace pilot during WWII. He was, “one of 10 pilots to fly P-47 Thunderbolts across the North Atlantic to Europe. He retired as a Major General in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. By the end of his career, he logged 15,000 hours of flight time, flew over 250 aircraft, and received numerous awards, medals, and commendations.” He piloted everything from ferry planes to supersonic jets. Goldwater went on to run for the Presidency in 1964. LeMay was one of his advisors. He recounted the tale of his run-in with his old friend LeMay on Larry King Live and elsewhere, saying, “I think the government does know. I can't back that up, but I think that at Wright-Patterson field, if you could get into certain places, you'd find out what the Air Force and the government knows about UFOs ... I called Curtis LeMay and I said, 'General, I know we have a room at Wright-Patterson where you put all this secret stuff. Could I go in there?' I've never heard him get mad, but he got madder than hell at me, cussed me out, and said, 'Don't ever ask me that question again!”
That he used the phrase ”We Guardians of the MJ” is quite interesting. MJ in this context refers to Majestic (or Majic) 12, the supposed council of twelve gatekeepers that it is claimed originally oversaw and kept the secrets of the UAP field. In other words it seems like he implied that he was one of the Majestic 12 at one point.

Dr. Malmgren also clarified that the interview her father filmed for the American Alchemy podcast was seven hours long and took place on the same day that he was brought to the hospital, dying there ten days later. The interview is said to be released shortly.

Bit interesting information dropped by Larry Lemke in a online video discussion. He’s an aerospace engineer at NASA Ames Research Center. He says that his father once confided in him that he had worked on crash retrieval materials, and that he was able to verify that to some extent:
Peter Skafish @heterology: "What's the thing that's led you to understand the most, there really has been long standing secrecy about UAP from the U.S. government?"

Larry Lemke: "Well, probably the most convincing thing is, my father worked for the Lawrence Berkeley Rad Lab from about roughly 1955 to 1965."

Skafish: "And just quick, you mean the Lawrence Berkeley radioactive materials or radiation lab."

Lemke: "Radiation Lab, yeah. Which was part of the Manhattan Project. In fact, it was the...that's where Oppenheimer and Teller and Lawrence and all those guys, you know, that's where they started, in the physics department there at Berkeley and the Rad Lab.

"And so, he worked there, as I said, approximately 10 years from about 1955 to roughly 1965. And later in life, after I had become a professional aerospace engineer and worked for NASA and so forth, I got him talking about, you know, what he did there, what was happening. And this was around the time that the whole Roswell story was starting to become big, around, I guess, the mid-to-late 1980s where people like Jesse Marcel were coming out, and so forth and so on.

"And my father confided in me that when he was at the Rad Lab there, he had actually been tasked, at one point, to work on pieces of recovered UFOs. In fact, the exact words he used, he says, you know, 'I worked on a piece of that thing that crashed in New Mexico.' And interestingly enough, he never actually said Roswell. So, given that there might have been more than one thing that crashed in New Mexico - I'm not really sure what it would have been - but reported working with some of these materials, and the so-called Roswell memory foil in particular.

"And so, at the time, I actually, within NASA, I had a security clearance, and I had to pause and sort of wonder, you know, was I just a recipient of unauthorized disclosure of classified information (laughs)? And I ultimately decided, no, I wasn't because, you know, I mean, some level, just a conversation. You know, it's not like I've been read into a program or something.

"But, in any case, you know, I sort of prodded at that and tried to cross check it and verify and so forth. And to some extent, did.

"And so, it was actually, during the course, more recently, when David Grusch came out and and pointed out that the the Atomic Energy Act was modified in 1955 in a kind of a clever way to include UFO materials under the topic, or under the category of special-nuclear material. That, to me, it kind of provided some more validation.

So, I had long thought and had long figured out that,
given that there was a highly-classified component of the so-called Legacy program, that a large and probably more sensitive component of it was inside the the Atomic Energy Commission of what is now, of course, the [Department of] @ENERGY. Which, to me, would be very logical place to put it.

"I've thought for quite some time that the UFO secrecy program was modeled very closely on the Manhattan Project, having come out of around the same time and out of the same sort of national-security, you know, mentality. So, to me, it made perfect sense that that would be...given, you know, 1945 or six or seven, if you were looking for a model of how you would keep something like this highly classified, that would probably be what you would use as the model.

"And so that actually kind of ties in, I think, with what Hal was was talking about. To me, the model for declassification would also probably follow the pattern of what happened then. Because, of course, the bomb was developed under high levels of secrecy, but once it was used, the secret was out. I mean, the secret that we could do that was out. You couldn't hide that anymore, and so you had to admit it.

"And so, what we did was, among other things, in order to develop nuclear technology in the civilian world or even inside the military, you had to bring on...you had to educate a new generation of scientists and engineers with the knowledge that they would need to be able to to build nuclear reactors and things like that. And so they had to declassify a certain amount of the information in order for there to be, you know, a workforce that was adequate to develop.

"And I think the same thing would probably apply here. At some point, you'll have to declassify enough of the knowledge so that if you really do want to develop this technology [on] a large scale, there's gonna be enough people in the professional workforce to be able to deal with it. Again, you know, you're probably gonna wanna retain some of the more sensitive stuff that's gonna probably have, you know, weapons implications and so forth, to keep that classified as as we do with with H bombs today. You know, that's still classified. But I think that, to me, that's probably the model that we should be looking at."
