ENTERPRISE has destroyed two, three if we count the Borg renegades Crusher zapped with a solar flare.

We don’t necessarily know whomelse has individually wiped a cube, but the number is likely to be low.

Which means it’s unlikely he would confuse a DUDERSTADT (like INTREPID) with an ECHELON (like STERNBACH or COLE). That is further supporting Craig and James’ speculation that this is not the entire fleet.

The CALIFORNIA class would be really long in the tooth by 2401 (or later - Season 3 has some temporal continuity issues), especially given their 2360s era technology and second rate status.

While TOS designs hung on very long during the Lost Era, Star Fleet looks to have moved 2370s and 2380s first-line ships (like the SOVEREIGNS, LUNAs and AKIRAs) into second line roles, along with new replacements. An ECHELON or a DUDERSTADT, or even a RELIANT, is a CALIFORNIA replacement in the 2400s.
