Looks like Virgin Media / O2 are in more £££ mega-trouble than they'll admit...

As my long-term ISP, e-mail account(s) came bundled with the broadband & VOIP phone etc.

They have now out-sourced e-mail support to a *subscription* service provided by Junara.

'Take it or leave us', albeit sorta business-polite-ish: Very, very 'ISH'...

I get 18 months free by way of compensation, then gotta pay ~£_80 annually...

I am NOT amused.

FWIW, that account 'went down' last night for about half-an-hour, alarming me.
Then, back up, with a J-mail assuring me account had successfully transferred...
