Do you want to hit a snowman with your car? A Ford Mustang driver in North Carolina did. He’s not the first driver to have the weird urge to commit vehicular snowman slaughter. However, he’s furious as the snowman he targeted was filled with cinder blocks.

North Carolina was covered in a rare blizzard as officials begged drivers to stay off the roads. But one Ford Mustang driver decided to take to the streets and noticed a snowman on the side of the pavement.

He aimed for it and accelerated in its direction to kill it. However, instead of bursting through it, the man ended up stuck with a smashed bumper. The snowman was secretly filled with cinderblocks. The furious Mustang owner took to social media.

He shares, “to the parents of the CHILDREN, that though it was a good idea to put cinder blocks inside a snowman, I’ve already contacted the police. My BRAND NEW Mustang is damaged because kids thought they were being clever.

This wasn’t a harmless joke; it was dangerous and stupid. It could have seriously hurt someone, not just wrecked a car. If I find out who did this, I’m pressing charges.

Now I’m dealing with reports, repairs, and insurance because of a snowman. This isn’t funny, I’m beyond annoyed.”

Images show a dented front Ford Mustang bumper and hood damage. However, the suspension damage behind the front driver’s side wheel looks really bad.”

But could this backfire on the driver? It’s not illegal to build snowmen on the side of the road. Could the driver be cited by police for reckless driving? He intentionally swerved off the pavement to destroy the snowman. I’m not sure this counts as vandalism.

I'll just zip into town as I noticed they were selling the world''s smallest violin. What if there was a kid behind the snowman? Anyway the fool's had his 'here hold my beer' moment, and FAFO. Odd that the same sort of people cheer when hoon with baseball bat gets a broken arm when smashing a reinforced mailbox.

This particular piece may be a hoax, but we have enough examples of people who get off on destroying other people’s stuff for the lolz, police and legal system that has their hands tied dealing with vandals, and people tired of the shit and so doing things to harm or inconvenience said criminal element that something like this is plausible.

I saw this on farce book, I commented that the driver was an idiot and didn't deserve to own a Mustang.

IIRC, there was a UK driver whose party-trick for evading 'stinger' traps when chased, yet-again, yet-again for 'outrageous' driving, was to swerve off road onto verge, aim for the 'stinger' deployer. He put several in hospital, either side-swiped or due 'desperate leap'...

All good things...
Next time, he discovered *this* deployer had been stood in front of a chonky tree-stump.

Officer still had to dive clear, but perp received an 'Eviel Knievel' launch. Car half-rolled in mid-air, landed on its roof a-skew a hedgerow...
If you cannot see the wood for the trees, deploy LIDAR.

I'm reminded that, before the alley-gates went in behind us, a trail-biker used to razz his LOUD machine up and down at unfortunate hours. No lights...

Then a couple of kids, who'd contrived a skate-board / BMX 'jump' from some scrap wood, were driven indoors by a rain-shower that 'persisted'...

You've probably guessed where this is going.

Yes, noisome trail-biker came razzing up the entry, discovered their ramp.
Leathers and helmet saved him from truly dire injury, but his mangled bike went for 'spares'...

IIRC, it was several years before he 'paid off' the wreck, could afford another...
